Please come to Mākua Beach this Saturday, September 27 from 10am-4pm, to celebrate 10 years of no live fire training! KAHEA Board member, Jon Osorio, will host workshops to write mele and mo‘olelo about the area.
Please come to Mākua Beach this Saturday, September 27 from 10am-4pm, to celebrate 10 years of no live fire training! KAHEA Board member, Jon Osorio, will host workshops to write mele and mo‘olelo about the area. Those who attend will learn the place names of the area and write about those places. Listen to live music by Jon Osorio, Kawika Kahiapo, Mailani Makainai, Kapua Kalua, Jonah Solatario, and more! Don’t forget to stop by our outreach table to learn more about KAHEA’s work to care for Hawai‘i!
