TMT Co-founder having serious money troubles.
What guarantee is there the TMT would be completed, if one of the primary backers is having a serious money troubles?
The University of California is co-founder of the TMT Corporation. If it is having trouble providing the public education it was created and mandated to provide, then why... how... could it pay for the construction of the TMT?
